I gave brian my money with my application fee. He has all mine and my families personnal information. He knows i have a disabled daughter and money is tight. He told us our application was accepted. He knew what house we wanted and it was supposed to be vacated august 31. He did not contact for awhile and the 31st had came around so i drove by the house to see if it was empty. When i drove by the house the tenant was still living there. I called and text brian and he finally responded telling me lies about the house but he had other houses. He gave me the other addresses and i looked at them that night. He never responded until i left him a nasty text telling him i wanted my monet back.
Do not rent from this guy. He is a dirtbag that will steal your money!!!
