Nov I have used Magicjack for over a 3 years. Since I hardly use it until I moved to an apartment with really bad reception for my cell then I decided to used, one day my subscription ended and I taught Whao 5 years already and I decided to renew, after renewing the next day "No service at all" my account the company decided that somehow I violated the terms of agreement for excessive use. There was no notification nor any opportunity to resolve the issue I asked to provide me with the listing, maybe somebody hack my account but nothing. They just terminate unilaterally my contract no money back and i still waiting for my re-found of the five years renewal So I lost my money and my service. Do not make a long commitment with this company, service sucks!
