I called what I thought to be Microsoft for help with a new program and this company answered representing them as the technical department to help me. They did fix my problem, that now I think wasn't really a problem, and then informed me that my new system which was less than 1 month old was highly infected and they would be the company to get it all straightened out. Same thing as the rest: Trojans, Cookies, everything you could imagine and then they went and cleaned my system for a 3 month monitoring fee of 199.99. Once my wife infomred me of what was really going on then I went into action to stop the scam.
