I had a problem installing Norton 360 and called what I thought was Symantec. The technician asked me to logon to www.logmein123 and took control of my computer. I was told my computer had trojans and was shown a screen of files that were listed in red. Like a fool I agreed to pay $199 for him to "fix" it so I could install the 360 program. And then two more charges for $179 for 2 laptops. Dont fall for this scam!
