I call in to get the promotion Diectv was promoting, discuss it with customer ser. And was told i would be getting NFL Sunday ticket, all 4 moving channels for 3month @ 5.99 a mo, after all the credits that i would getting the frist bill would be low than usual. When my bill came it was much higher all the credits was there, but when subtracting the credits from the fees it was lower than the bill. Call customer and could not get no satifaction on the answer they give. I know i am being over charges because it don t add up.
