I dropped off my cat for grooming Thursday morning. After a few hours tthey called me and said they had finished. I later picked her up in the pet carrier that I dropped her off in. When I let her out at home I noticed the cat limping. I figured maybe they cut a nail short and it would heal in a day or so. We waited for three days and had seen no improvement. This is an active house cat that has never had any limping or distress whatsoever. I called the establishment and explained my concerns. They were immediately on the defense not remembering who did what. All they offered was for me to pay for a doctors visit for her, and decide if they were responsible. Of course they would say they were not responsible. My husband called them and said look at the cat first then decide what the problem might be. They held there ground on "PAY US FOR A VISIT FIRST". We are now forced to take our pet to another doctor so we will get an objective diagnosis. We are appalled by the cold hearted, greedy attitude these folks possess. Help please.
