I purchased a phone for over $300.00 and three days after the phone was freezing up, where it would still connected to the call, and could not disconnect or powered off, i had to removed the battery to hang up the call. After putting back the battery in the phone would still show it still dialing the number. The store decided to replace the phone, 7days later the same thing they advised me to call t-mobile which I did, t-mobile send me a phone 6/29 with the same issue, i called them the same day and a supervisor said she will have one shipped once they received the one I am returning. The got the phone 7/6 they told me they will have a phone out to me in a week waited two weeks no phone and the one that i have now saying that it cannot be connected to t-mobile store so i purchased a pick up and go phone to call t-mobile they troubleshoot and told me that they will have a phone to be the next days 7/18 its now 9/17 and still on the phone with t-mobile right now and cannot get the phone please help me.
