Have not recieved my item

I also ordered an item on dec 5th, got billed, nevered recieved my item, i have attempted to contact this business, but have not recieve a response from this business, their web site is not working, im wondering if we got scamed, waiting on paypal to response to my complaint, just send them another e-mailed 01/06 but have yet to hear from this business.
