I ordered a "North Face" jacket & was so disappointed when it arrived. The thought of ordering a fake never crossed my mind. I'm so upset & have no idea what to do. That's a lot of money for me (I'm a special education teacher), & I doubt I'll get it back. There has to be something we can do.
