I purchased a Denali The North Face Jacket only to receive a fake. It is made of poor quality. The tags do not look or feel like my other North Face jackets. Nothing on the jacket says it is a Denali. It does not have the tag showing authenticity. I attempted to call the customer service number several times and was placed on hold for 30 minutes and no answer. I contacted the company through email 3 times and no answer. I want to return the the jacket to get my money back but I need to have the instruction for return address, attn etc. Their website indicating to contact them for mail instructions but then you can't contact them. This company is a scam. DO NOT give them your business.
