According to Sprint, our contract end date is 10/10. We have been with sprint for almost 2 years now and spent over thousand dollars on phone bills that weren't even coming close to using the 1500 minutes our family plan is for. We called and went in to sprint stores trying to find another plan that suited us but nothing for a lesser price. On top of that, my Samsung Galaxy SII has had multiple battery problems leading to the purchase of new batteries. Now my Samsung is acting up again and we have found the Walmart Family Plan that has unlimited minutes/text for two for under $90! We purchased our phones today and have 15 days to return them if the service doesn't work for us. Come to find out that for another 7 days, I can't terminate from Sprint without getting $100 fee for early termination. I called to ask to get it waived since I need a new phone and nothing. This multi-million dollar company cannot part with $100 ETF for a customer that has already spent thousands.
What a big slap in the face.
Never using sprint again. The End!
