What is the deal with Sprint? I bought a Samsung Rant from Sprint that was pre-loaded with Google maps. Once I went to use this application after some time I was told Sprint didn't support Google maps. If I want a map application I have to accept Sprint Navigation. Rather than help me understand the change the csr was only interested in my survey for that day. They are totally out of touch with the needs of the consumer.
