SIGNET does not answer my certified mailing request for a REFUND REQUEST FORM, as established in the SERVICE CONTRACT REFUND AGREEMENT.
I mailed registered mails to their POBOX and their 4950 Allison Parkway address, both have been returned by the post office with stickers of: RETURN TO SENDERUNABLE TO DELIVERPOBOX CLOSEDUNABLE TO FORWARD
I believe the dealer where I bought my car 5 years ago, and pushed to sell these warranties, CARSENSE is very responsible for dealing with crooks. I used to recommend CARSENSE to all my friends, but will no longer do so. I called them to express my dissatisfaction and the financial department would not even hear my complaint.
