Purchased new Samsung EPIC 4g telephone from Sprint. This purchase was at full price without any contract discounts and totaled over $600. This transaction would not have transpired had Sprint informed me that it was their policy to replace all defective mobile handsets with refurbished units after 30 days.
To date, I have escalated my complaint to their executive escalation department, who are more intent on stating their position than retaining a customer for over 15 years who is on a month to month contract at the most costly plan.
Sprint is an unethical company. I would not recommend anyone initiating or switching to Sprint.
