I don't even know who these people are yet they tried to deduct $39.99 from my account. I didn't have any money in the acct for them to deduct for them to take so the bank rejected it. Now that I have money in the acct the bank has allowed it to clear and charged me a $30 fee for something I never even authorized. I know it's a scam because the check number was like 203387. I don't write enough checks to get past #110 in a years time. When I called I got some random guy who said he was a 3rd party company acting as a customer service rep. I asked his name and who he represented and that he said he needed my name to pull up the information I needed. What!?!? Why would you need my name to tell me your name? He says they will issue a refund but I take that with a grain of salt. If they don't that means I have to go to the bank, file a claim and wait 90 days for an investigation just to get my money plus fees back.
