This is a so called bank that sends out checks by request of there customers but they do not even check to see if the money is avalable and do not check if the custermers even exist. I luckily caught it in time before my bank charged my acct. For the bad checks and then I did 5 minutes worth of research and found that the people that had the acct. With this company did not even exist.
The addresses they gave were fake and like I said it only took me 5 minutes of research to find this out. Why is a bank allowed to run with out doing any research into their custermers? I know when I opened my bank acct. I had to show ID as well as a socal security number and was told that the goverment makes them. I would not be upset.
When I asked for information regarding the checks I was told they issue them for other banks. But when I asked for what bank asked them to issue the checks I got, they refused to tell me saying it was confidential. How is that confidential?
I do plan on also contacting the federal reserve to see if they have beter luck then myself at discovering what bank is allowing this type of fraud. I think there is no other bank.
