I sent my ipod back and the repaired the screen, which I paid for. The service was initially slow, but I got my ipod touch back. When I received this back, I noticed that I could not use the number button in portrait mode. I sent this back once, and I received it back saying that it had been fixed. I again, sent this back and now I have received confirmation from them that they have not received this, eventhough I received an email saying that they received it... I then received an email saying they have not received this... All I can say is thank god I sent it back registered delivery and I have the receipt and the tracking option from Royal Mail... I would suggest that NO ONE uses this company to repair their Apple product.
