I sent in my son's Ipod touch for repair of a broken screen among other items. I received it back and it does not turn on most of the time and the digitizer screen does not function at all on the whole right side column. If you touch any of the icons on that column, nothing happens. I am busy and don't have time to spend constantly asking a company to do the job they were paid to do properly. When i got around to contacting them, they said I was beyond the 30 day warranty period and the repair would not be covered.
The problem with that explanation is they KNOW the digitizer screens they are using are faulty and that my only fault is not bringing it to their attention timely. MANY of the review on this very site indicate faulty digitizer screen replacements, so they've certainly heard this many times before, but nonetheless, they refused to repair my Ipod without charging me again and unfortunately, i have no confidence they would get it right this time, so i went to Apple's web site and bought a new one - seemed like a better use of money than to throw more good money after bad having them repair it again only to possibly be disappointed in the quality of DigiExpress's work.
