My Claim for repair of central air conditioning system was "denied", based on "inspection report" that was over 9 yrs old. Service/Repair report of 45 days after purchase of home was ignored; This firm had offered me an identical "Home Systems Warranty" once before, & I turned it down because everything was either new or working properly at that time. Second offer came several years later, & I agreed to contract. A/C System remains non-functional, & the Tech who they sent left the system open, & now there's dirt, etc. That has gotten inside it due to the outdoor units' not being closed up properly. My calls have not been returned.
