On July 12 I came in to replace the water jug which I was told leaked and ORR had to order the part. Upon inspection Orr discovered jug was ok but hose, washer and joint neede replacing so they had to special order those parts. Created inconvience to this customer.
I also had ORR check a noise I heard when I pressed the break pedal. I was told in writing I needed new pads, rotor, boot, mount bracket and sub pin and possible caliper $610.04. If caliper is needed $1041.05. I took the car to a reliable mechanic for a second opinion who corrected the problem by replacing front brake pads and left front rotor for $168.70.
I cannot afford to believe ORR's service reps.

I had oil and filter on 5/8 at 75,442 miles. No sticker was put on windshield to advise when next service is required. More inconveniece to the customer.
