I placed an order for the pic cookware, in june, i recieved the cooktop but you were suspose to get two for the price of one. I have never recieved the rest of the order. All i want to do is send back my cook top for a refund, but i cannot get anyone to answerr the phone or call me back. I have left them a message. I want to know how to get a refund. My letter said everything was on backorder, that was in june. My 90 days is running out i need an answer. Thank you.
