I participated in a 6 month gurantee offer. I pre-paid for 6 months of the service up front and if there was NO success within the first 6 months it was a guarantee that 6 months would be free. Match.com failed to follow through with the agreement and cancelled my services after I stopped payment on an additional 6 months which was suppose to be free, according to the company's policy.
