I called to order Direct T.V. I got the premuium package that came with a free DVR up to 4 hd receivers and free on demand movies per the offer on the website. When the installer came they gave me one hd box and on non hd box. No DVR and noon demand. I asked the installer and he told me to call the office and they will take care of it. Not so. Now I am being told that because I did not specifically ask for a dvr... I am in a two year contract and will have to pay $150 for my dvr since I cannot take advantage of the special offer since I let them istall the wrong equipment. The operater who sold me the service was from another country and was impossible to understand. They are the poorest example of customer service I have ever encountered.
