I bought the magic-jack phone device in Dec. 08. I have been trying to get it to work for 4 months. I contacted magic jck via internet live help, the only way to contact anyone and was told more or less too bad.
This company should be put out of business. They need a live person you can talk to to get help.
As easy as 1 2 3 I thik not.
