For the second time this month i received bad customer service at this store. I was self checking out and a few of the extremely small items were not weighing in on the checkout so the computer was calling for the employee ahead of the registers. I asked him if there was a problem with the register and he then replied to me a very rude no. He was rolling his eyes at me and not hiding the fact of his dislike for me. He did not wish me a pleasant day on my departure as with the other customers. I do not feel this is a problem i did not care much for his manners either. I'm just stumped by the disrespect i've been receiving at this store. The other incident also at the self checkout was with a woman employee also ahead of the self check outs. That time i had a little girl with me & she started in on that little girl big time.instead of saying "excuse me" to us because she felt our shopping cart was in the way. She informed us & others how terrible it was that our cart was in the way. We were unaware of that and would have moved it with an excuse me. Then she started in on the little girl. I had to put her in the cart so the employee would go away and leave us alone. The little girl was really getting upset by all of this. The employee then returned to taunt her; she was grabbing her hands and informing her she lost her freedom because she could not behave. This was absolutely not true. I sent in a complaint on that one only to return yesterday and here i went again. Only at this walmart have i been having problems. At our walmart in town the employees have been very kind and cheerful that was the third time this summer going in to that store and receiving employee disrespect. I'm really probably just going to shop the schnucks store in this town. I really don't know what else to do. Just trying to get the word out. If customer service is a reasoning for your shopping in a store. Good luck at the waterloo walmart. You may need it.
