Ordered item from website. After ordering, I look at some chat rooms about this site and see nothing but negative comments. I went to site to see about contact information. There is none. Nor is there return policy. Same day, received email from them saying processing order. Next day I see charge on my credit card for company I don't recognize, and for different amount. I used their earlier email and requested refund but they refuse. Next day have email telling me I can return the item if not happy, yet doesn't appear they have shipped, yet. They provide tracking number and tell me I can follow, but information for tracking number hasn't changed since they provided it to me over a week ago. Have asked several times for refund with no success. I don't have item and it still appears it hasn't shipped. Don't know why I can't ger refund. I would like my money back. They can keep the item since not shipped.
