Ordered what i believed to be a women's denali jacket from north face website. The jacket was defective upon receipt now can't return it. The wesite gives an email address to submit to for returns or exchanges but get no response on how to return the jacket. There was nothing about the website that suggested it was in China until I got my bank statement showing the money from my debit card went to some chinese place.
