I went into Fry’s at or about 3:00 to pick up a few items. I stood at the deli for a few minutes and no one help so I decided to shop first and stop on my way out. When I walked up to the counter a young man was standing at a machine doing something. A few minutes went by and a lady walked out from the rear and neither bother to see what I needed. A white lady later walked up after I was there about five minutes and the young man immediately turn around and asked if he could help her. When I told him that I was standing here waiting he basically called me a lair and said that I wasn't. The lady whom he was trying to serve also stated that I was before her and he still insisted that I was wrong.informed the manger of this and pointed out the clerk to him, he did not seem to concern. This isn't the first time I have been treated in the nature at this Fry’s. As a black man and a former soldier who served twenty four years protecting this country I don't expect and want accept being treated in such a distasteful manner. Your prompt assistance be greatful.
