In brief, recieved a rude phone call and was hung up on. Called to complain and was further insulted by Alex at the Auberndale customer care center. My wife and I do not appreciate being hassled and then told we are liars, simply because my file was not opened does not mean we did not recieve that rude phone call. Customer care did not care and was even ruder than original caller. You guys have a serious problem here. We are cancelling our service.
