I had no repair man call after my original complaint for 2 months. I called and told them I was cancelling. They called back and gave me 2 options: pay up or have collection action taken against me. My solution was to involve my state's attorney general, and then I got action. I was sent a phone number for "Executive Customer Care" and I was assigned a very nice lady—Darlene Swan.
