I purchased a new "htc" smart phone when they just came out. I lived in Watertown and I kept having dropped calls; I went into the store and they sent back the phone and gave me a new "htc" phone. Verizon told me my area did not have 4G so they adjusted it to 3G;this didn't help. I called the store and sent back yet another one of these phones. I have spent countless hours, time and energy with a phone that does not work. I went in and said"look, this phone does not work"! Verizon confesses that they have had several complaints with this model. I feel I should get another phone at no cost to me. I paid $199 on a phone that never worked. I called customer service and get placed on hold;they never come back on the line.
