Dish Deceptive pricing practices

We purchased a portable Dish to use in our recreational vehicile with the assurance that we would only pay for the months that we used it and that there was no contract. Nothing was said about additional charges. We contacted what we thought was the local Dish service provider to install the equipment. The service person arrived. He did not indicate that he represented Defender Security and told us that the equipment we had was for HD only and would cost us an additional $10 a month whether we used it or not. We were also told that there would be no monthly charge unless we used the device. We declined the HD and asked that the equipment be installed without it. We were informed that we would need to purchase another item to accomplish that and he drove away. We were left without an operable unit. A few weeks later we found an additional charge for $49-95 on our bill. After several phone calls to DISH I was informed that this was not their problem beause the charge was made by an outfit called Defender Security and I would need to contact them. I asked them to terminate our service immediately since I did not have a working unit. When I finally got someone on the line at Defender Security I was informed that the charge was for an activation fee. They claimed that this was clearly outlined in a recording during their " sales call". We had never received a sales call and had, in fact, purchased the equipment at a Camping World store. They refused to take the charge off our Visa bill.
