8/18 I received an unsolicited credit card addressed to my ex-husband but it is addressed to me. I called him to see if he had requested a card. I have been unable to contact him.
Today I called 1 800 659 2396 to let them know I had not requested a card. I asked if my name was on the card. Ely could not tell me since I was not the person who requested it. I said, well you sent it to me. I have a right to know if my ex put my name on there. Ely said Mr. Nihill would have to call them. I told him 'look, you have the wrong address.' I asked to speak with a supervisor. He said "sure." He just left me hanging. I tried to call back 3 more times but I was unable to get through.
