These people are scammers. They lie and make you think they are affiliated with ATT and that your bill will go way down, but the truth is the bill goes WAY up! As soon as I received charges on the first bill, I called to cancel. I receive a second bill, and the charges are there again. I call to find out what the deal is, and Brenda is the nastiest person. She is rude and has no sense of how to deal with customers! Conveniently they have a recording of you agreeing to change, but no recording of the scamming sales rep and what he really told you! These people are ripping us off! They need to be stopped!
