In December this company started sending me statements late (sometimes up to a month). When the statements did reach me the company had added a $20 late fee to my bill. Note I have been up-to-date with my payments and had been paying double payments to try and pay the balance off. When I called customer service and complained that it was their responsibility to get my statements to me in a timely manner they very graciously removed the $20 late fee. The months since have been a nightmare. I started receiving statements with a $20 late fee removed only to have it added back on again. After 3 months of quarreling back and forth I warned them that if they sent me another statement with a late fee added when I was up-to-date that I would refuse to pay. I have to date refused to pay the account until they remove late fees, and the erroneous information in my credit record. I have many times offered to pay off the account in full if they would fulfill these demands. There response has been a barrage of threats are garbage. There customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced with any company.
