On July 3 we financed appliances with Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia. The first payment was received on by Monogram on 8/01/03, and the second payment on 1/28/04. This was six months same as cash. The second payment on 1/28/04 was noted as final payment. During the period from July 3 until June we did not receive any correspondence, written or otherwise from Monogram even thought our correct mailing address and phone number was clearly listed on the credit application. We were first contacted by Monogram in June with harassing Saturday and Sunday morning phone calls informing us we owed over $600 in back interest and late fees. Monogram was negligent in not providing us with monthly statements until almost one year after the signing of the contract, and almost six months after we though the account was paid in full. We also requested a copy of all transactions related to this account in a letter to Monogram sent on October 20 and to date have not received it. The APR is 24.75%. Monogram is owned by General Electric.
