This company stole money from my bank account without my authorization, they somehow intercepted my banking information and took money in the form of an electronic check, I never accessed their website or applied for a loan, they told me it was for a processing fee for a loan that I did not sign up for or receive, I demanded my money back to my account, the representative could barely speak english, I demanded to talk to a manager, after 45 minutes of being on hold the manager got on the line, he told me I needed to go online and complete the loan application and the money would be in my account within an hour, I refused to do so and told him they were not going to force me to take one of their loans, they refused to refund my money and hung up on me. I had to go to the bank and fill out an affidavit and stop payment which will cost me money and probably have to change my account number costing me more to purchase new checks.
