Vantage funding was authorized by me nor my bank to process any type of processing fee. My account is now overdrawn because of this transaction. This is a new account. I gave my information to a single company and apparently they shared information with vantage. I contacted the customer service dept and was being bulldogged into a loan i did not ask for. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they had none available. After about 20 minutes of getting nowhere at all she continued to tell me the only way i could get my money back was in the interest on the loan. I did not ask for a loan, nor do i want one.
