I signed up for a free sample of the product. I later decided I did not want them billing me every month for the product so I asked for a refund. They advised that I could only get a refund for the latest shipment so I filled out the information, sent, and re sent the product.
Now they are claiming since I didnt include the RMA number, they are refusing to give me my money back. I do not remember them speaking of the RMA number, and if they did, they were not clear in their explanation.
They have no problem sending the product back, but they refuse to give a refund. This doesn't make sense and it was not clearly stated so me (the customer) could understand
