I purchases a product on June 10 online and recieved the product a week later. I called and asked the return policy and the woman on the phone told me to send it back priority. On June 19 I sent the product back. It has been one month and I have not recieved my refund yet. I called and talked to the woman again and she kept giving me excuses that she could not find me in the system after I have given her all the information she needs the receipt from the post office and I sent a of copy of my bank statement and she still refuse to give me the refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad business.
