I am asking for immediate assistance in helping me file and win a chargeback from EMerchant Middleman/American Commercial CR. I purchased a marketing/advertising program from EMerchant Middleman Feb. 2. I have worked feverishly with this merchant requesting Help & Proof of my purchase. The services were not rendered. I have not received any evidence of receiving services or proof of services that were purchased. My "coach" disappeared after I began to question the program I purchased. I haven't heard from him again. After emailing EMerchant Middleman that I wanted a refund, the company subsequently locked me out of their back office, a way for me to communicate with them. My credit card company called them and they were told to call back because they were in the middle of moving their offices. When I tried to call back again I got a voicemail. You can leave messages but no one returns your calls. It's a total scam.
