This started on May 6, when the Emerchant Middlemam offered to host a website, advertisement and leads for credit cards. I bought the website for $200.00. Then, on May 8 Emerchant Middleman had contacted me, stating that I have to buy the leads for credit cards I bought worth $1000.00. June 7, John Kirkland had contacted me, stating that he is working for Emerchant Middleman and is doing the campaign and advertisement. I had given may AMEX Credit card and he charged a total amount of $10,000.00 in my credit card. The next day, I recieved a call from Renee Cavallero from Universal Business Group to welcome me for a Noni Juice business. I was so confused. They had put up a website for Noni Juicein in which I do not know about. She told me that she paid Paypal from my credit card $1,500.00 without my consent and I disputed that. The total amount taken from my credit card $8,549.00. I told Renee that I do not want to do business with her, and that the money was intended for the advertisement of the credit cards. Then, I realized that I made a mistake, I have to pay it in full amount and I have verified that with Amex. I told Renee that it has to be cancelled and she refused to cancel or issue a refund. I filed a dispute to AMEX The owner of this Universal Group Business had threatened me. I told her that I will not be able to pay it in full. June 13, Chris Buckingham states that he is the risk management of Emerchant Middleman and he will be able to change my all my credit cards interest rates to 0%. He took $3,600.00 in my Master card and that maximized the credit limit. I have 4 visa credit cards, one has a charged of 2,600.00 to max it out, the second one he charged $4,100.00 to max it out, the third one has a charged of $700.00 to max it out, and the fourth one he charged $500.00 to max it out. After 6 days I told Chris that I need one of my credit card. I need it it to order my medicines. He promised that he will do something. I can not contact him anymore. It was very difficult. I do not see any returns of my money. All these charges was made under the name of Americam Commercial. Nobody is answering the call.
