I was looking to supplement my income and spoke to eMerchantMiddleman and got sucked in to buy 500 leads. I contacted them later when nothing was happening with my leads and even contacted the Better Business Bureau of Arizona. Emerchant responded by convincing me my fears of a scam were unfound and sent me a report on my leads then said they needed me to buy 500 more leads and they would pay for half. They also duped me into signing an echo sign stating that I would not report them and had no recourse. I did however contact the BBB again and lo and behold, they could not get in touch with them and I have sent a couple e-mails and they bounce back. I have spent $7700.00 in total on my credit cards that I was hoping would help me and now I will be paying interest the rest of my life. Is there any recourse I can take?
