These people that work in this established department over charge each and every month of the people living in the Windsor Lakes sub-division and ARE so mean and nasty to everyone that has to pay these people.
Not only do they charge whatever amounts they are told without metering ANY residences here in Windsor Lakes they demonstrate complete attack on every residence owner here.
