I just want to inform the local people of this area to NOT use Conroe Air unless you want to get taken advantage of. I feel these people are CROOKS!!! After speaking to a supervisor for the CON AIR, he attempted to justify is companies INFLATED bill, 5 lbs of freon ended up costing me $662.23. And that was with a member discount $220.00 was not added, and the tech wanted to charge an additional 150.00 to do a leak check. Had i did what the tech wanted i would have paid $1032.23. For the service call. I was told " we have been in business over 30 years if we were ripping people off we would not be in business". Cant see how they still are. STAY WAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, they do not have your best interest in mind, and i assume they do not care if they have repeat business. One business owner i spoke to compairing prices stated after he laughed when i told him i was dealing with CON AIR.." you would't believe the business i get because of CON AIR, i dont even have to advertise anymore beacause of CONROE AIR, this company has a reputation of over charging. Well lesson learned on my part.
