This Car Dealership Conroe Mitsubishi ripped me off by taking a down payment from me for a new car. The finance manager set up payments to come out of my checking account and did not inform me of the first due date on purpose. I had just started a new job and did not get paid for four weeks. I made that clear to everyone I spoke to at the dealership. The first payment was returned NSF and that caused other checks to bounce. I could not afford to make my first two payments because my bank charged me excessive NSF fees. My car was repossesed after two returned payments. The finance manager purposely set me up to miss payments they just wanted to get a down payment from me. I asked her to set up my payments bi-monthly because I get paid every week. She set my payments as once a month which sent me into financial ruin. These people were heartless and uncaring. I sent a letter to the owner of the dealership and he did not even respond. Customer service be damned. Let the buyer beware.
