Order for Boxset placed early July. Despatch said to have taken place within 24-hrs.
- Chased up up after 3 weeks and told it would take up to 3 - 6 weeks to arrive, but not to worry as they're fully insured.
- Chased after 7 weeks; said they had paid almost $18 to their Custom Broker and so the product would be with me within a week, but don't worry they wouldn't forward the charge onto me.
- Requested my money back immediately but they told me to wait a further week.
- I've cancelled my credit card and lodged fraud complaint with bank.
- 9 weeks later I doubt I'll see my DVDs.
- Hope they don't catch anyone else out as I see I'm not the only one.
