I placed an order with MotherNature.com for herbal tea on Nov. 16, used my credit card, paid $36.95 credit card was debited with this amount immediately. Was told a few weeks later that the tea was out of stock. I then cancelled my order on Dec. 5 (order #2352348) was told it would take 2-3 weeks for a refund. As of Feb. 23 I still have not recieved a refund, they will not answer my e-mails and the phone numbers given are answered by recordings only. I have left several phone messages & several e-mail messages. They will not get back to me nor have I recieved a refund!
