A general manager of this very large waste and recycling company has contrived over the past year to get me removed from my position of the site supervisor. He, in my opinion has used bullying tactics, victimization, discrimination, making false claims against me. He has used 2 recently qualified graduates to assist him in his efforts to dismiss me. I have made numerous claims to more senior management and HR personel that has not been followed up. I also made claims to Safecall, which is a wrong doing at work reporting procedure, again no action or investigation has to my knowledge taken place. These actions have caused myself and my partner a lot of stress and depression throughout the year. I was really hopeing that the management would see sence when I have appealed to these wrongful disciplinary actions.
Again I was wrong. This only serves for me to assume that there is a major cover up of the general managers actions towards me.
