Gave Waste Management notice over a year ago that I was moving out of my house. Had to give my forwarding address to receive a refund on the remainder of my currently paid service contract. They sent the refund, then have continued to send me a bill every quarter of the past year for the old address/account. Every quarter I call and request the account closed and every quater after so far I get a new bill. Once a customer, always a customer I guess. This is incompetence to the highest degree.
